While it is understood that the SF-7000 had some form of release in Japan (albeit in small quantity), for some reason until now I had assumed that the packaging and manual were the same as the Aus/NZ release, because it essentially looks the same.

Now I just stumbled on this auction

And one of the picture (the bottom-most one) shows that there is indeed a Japanese manual. The wrong cover says "User's manual" in English but content appearts to be in Japanese.

(I'd hope to find/buy this Japanese manual but it doesn't seem reasonable to why the whole lot for the manual. If you have it let us know!)
