Hello , i am retro console collector and bought a sega sg 1000 but although she as power because the led turns on there is no signal on tv can someone help ? Already changed capacitors but they were all fine. I notice some of the chips have the mettalic legs black like if it is burned i am thinking on replacing them for new ones but i Dont know if they have to be programmed or is just swap them
