Level select

At the main title screen, hold [2] and press [1] . Then, quickly press [Left] [Left] [Up] [Up] [Right] [Right] [Down] [Down] while the screen is black. Press [Left] or [Right] to change the top 0 that appears to select the desired starting level. [Up] and [Down] change the lower 0 but it has no effect.
