Confusion about Mandarake

Hey guys, I'm very confused about Mandarake's online store.
I tried to find some sg-1000 games, and lo and behold I found a store called Mandarake Nakano!
It says that all the games were updated October 1, 2012., and that you can contact them with a phone number and email. By the way this site is very basic looking, as if it was just done on HTML
So I then go onto the real corporate site. This site is much nicer and lets you pick english without having to use google translate. You can also actually pick the games you want by clicking "add to cart". I looked up sg-1000, and there are only 5 games. It shows all games in stock, so I click all games out of stock, and they have never had any games out of stock.
So can you guys help me out? Does Mandarake update their sites at different paces? By the way, the site with more games is the Nakano store.
