 Qüestion about exclusive games different region GG

Hi people!
I'm interested on know about the exclusive games than only show on specific region: For example: USA Last action Heroe ( No European no Jap version) USA Pinball Dreams (No European no Jap version) Tarzan EUR(No usa, No jap version) I ask about list exclusives for USA, European and Jap. Thank you so much |

Isn't Game Gear's region only Japanese and Not-Japanese?
So thus US and EU would be the same region as far as the GG is concerned. |

It wasn't exhaustive at all until today, but I just went through all the Game Gear games and added the exclusive tags, so now it is complete: I also want through the Master System games and I think it is now 98% correct but may have a few errors which will be added/removed when adding the missing Games-Releases entries. |
