Sources for GG backlight transformer?

Hi, I did something that wound up being a bad idea... Repairing a Game Gear and I wanted to replace the cap beside the transformer. Transformer was in the way, so I figured I could remove it. I desoldered the heck out of it and when I wiggled it off the board, I found out that I broke off two of the legs. Tried putting the legs back on, and the plastic cracked. Tried soldering wires to the wires coming out of the transformer, but the wire wouldn't stick to such a delicate joint.
So basically, I need a new transformer. It has no markings on it, but having a look at the service manual printed here, it's 560-5172 / KI-1588.
Anyone know where I would source such a part?

It was most likely custom made for the Game Gear.

Just do the DSi backlight mod, you're nearly already there anyways.
