Battletoads

That's the one Game Gear Game that doesn't have the Full Screen if you play it on the Master System, Well if you fighting the Boss in Stage 1 you have Full Screen ..Is there a way to make the playfield full screen like the NES verssion

There's also some kind of extended resolution for the background parts only (it looks like some widescreen of sorts) in the Turbo Tunnel and Volkmire's Inferno stages, although the floor your character moves on is still restricted to the Game Gear smaller field.

It's hard to expand the screen in these conversions. The "widescreen" you see is just how the underlying parallax effect works (with a repeating pattern, not new data).

Well if it can't be done
Just make it like the GG Game, Put Battletoads on top of the screen
Just like playing Game Gear Game ala Super Game Boy, But with SMS Colors
Hope you understand what I mean

It's possible, it's just hard. It would require a major (though not necessarily complete) reverse engineering in order to find out the code that renders the background, so that it could be changed.
