Thanks to ccovell's ROMsearcher tool, I found that there were credits in Headbuster, but the only latin text was the positions, not the names. After some extensive search-and-replacing, this was what I got:

Hey Iggy, you're back!

An old version of the Winds website says it did graphics on the Game Boy version. Since there was no Game Boy version, I assume they mean the Game Gear version.
