meka bios

How can I extract the sms bios 1.3 out of meka.dat?
It´s not to hack meka or something, no, it´s because
I can´t save the snailgame, so if meka (or another emu)
sees the bios as a regular rom I could save it...

Believe it or not, saving inside of the snailgame was intentionnally disabled.
Go and finish it without cheating!
