meka problems

Absolutely brilliant emu.
One question,Its extremely unstable on my machine and boots me out continuously.This seems to happen
when im in load file and changing directories or double clicking on the rom itself.
If the rom loads its fine-just when im trying to get the thing to load.
Anybody else had this problem and found a work around?
Im using meka 13 on win95

Get version 0.13.1 everything was fixed.
