Woody Pop?

I found an SMS poster in the case for my Choplifter cart, and on the backside, there was screenshots and blurbs for a bunch of SMS games, and when I looked at the Sega Cards section, I noticed a screenshot and blurb for a game called Woody Pop, which required the Sega Paddle Control, which tells me that the paddle for the Mark III was going to be released in the West. Does anybody have more info about this game?

A different paddle controller was designed for export releases, several games have code to support it but no such controllers have been found. In theory it's possible to make a new controller to match the spec (and play on a flash cart) but nobody has done that yet.
