Game Gear Help!

Hi everyone,
I have a Game Gear that I replaced the capacitors on. The system powers on, but the screen is white with the top part dark and the only sound when a game is inserted is a buzzing/hissing sound. All capacitors are placed correctly with the appropriate values. I'm thinking the LCD is shot, but I can't figure out the rest. Any advice as to where I should look?
Thanks in advance!

If it was just the LCD then you'd hear the game running. I think something more serious is broken, but I couldn't say how to determine what.

Yeah, I figure it's something more than the LCD, but the LCD just adds to the frustration, haha. Thanks!
If anyone has an idea of where to look, please let me know!

There are some good repair documents online for Game Gear these days. For an issue like this, I would suggest looking at:
(( obviously see if it has 5 volts power ))
(( obviously inspect for trace damage or capacitor leakage damage after replacing all capacitors ))
then:
1. VRef from power supply plug (1.28v)
2. Vbatt from power supply plug (6.5-10v)
3. Check your clock signals. 32mhz and 3.57mhz
4. Check to see if you have a good T2 sync ( you can use an oscilloscope for this if you have access to one)
5. You can also use an oscilloscope to check the digital RGB lines
6. After that you have to start checking address and data bus lines...
But usually the problem is in the first couple steps. Those leaking capacitors do a lot of damage, so check all the traces very carefully with a magnifying glass and clean the board with vinegar and alcohol using a toothbrush and Q-tips. I have a video online showing how to do this.
