I've looked through multiple pages and only 2 websites have conflicting info so I'm kinda confused on what I really got here. I was also wondering how much it would be worth if that can be found anywhere? Everything in the case and itself is completely in English. Thanks in advance!

Most common theory is HK version also sold in the UK.

This one eludes me too. I did see one in an Australian auction a few years ago but it sold for over 125GBP (Which was a high price back then, not so much now)

My copy has a HK price label attached, although was purchased from a seller in Canada who found it in a thrift store. I've only ever seen four or five complete copies for sale, most of which were in Australia.

As for value... a copy sold recently on eBay for £399.99 GBP (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/232761759707), but with an item so uncommon it's impossible to put a value on it - it's only worth what somebody will pay on the day.
