F-16 Fighting Falcon covers

I posted earlier about cover variations but I found another one. F-16 Fighting Falcon has one that has a "SM" . I was going to ask this question on my previous one, but didn't know how. Thanks!!!

You really should be more descriptive in the future when you make a post like this, so people know exactly what you are talking about. For example...
F16 Fighting Falcon (Sega MyCard) release in the US has a packaging variation. On both versions, the front looks the same and the back has one small difference. The "Now there are no limits" line comes with (at least) either registered trademark or SM notation. Here are photo examples of both types:
