Official Sega emulation on mobile devices, promising to release a huge number of back catalogue games (slowly), specifically mentioning going as far as SG-1000 and some talk of cooperating with the emulation community too in some interviews.

Nice! But I hope they will eventually release the service on systems with real controls. Emulators are just unplayable on touchscreens.

It supports Bluetooth controllers. Too much to hope that Sega would release an authentic range of Bluetooth controllers, from SG right through to DC ...

I don't really like controllers that are not really integrated into the portable device. Makes playing on a train rather complicated.
But maybe we should not bother with the service at all. Seems to be a crappy emulation after all :/

Ouch. Maybe they can manage full speed for the 8 bit systems? Touch screens are still fundamentally useless for button controlled games...
