There are some professional publishers out there, who are specialized to games for classic consoles (Piko, Mega Cat Studios). If they can contact each other, I´m pretty sure that he would finish the game. | |

He told me it was a very early proof of concept scrolling pitch with some sprites and whatnot. |

Even that should be manageable, because the guys at Piko (for example) are programmers. And not to forget, the excellent programmers here at the boards. Why not?^^ |
