It would help if you gave more information on what you’re asking about. I think you are referring to ProTracker 3 module files which are used for systems based on the AY-3-8910 and similar chips. It would be tricky to play many of these on the Sega PSG.

Isn't ProTracker an Amiga born tracker based on samples?

Yeah, that's confusing; it's the name of a ZX-Spectrum-hosted music tracker, too:

Never heard of anyone trying to make it play on SMS; it could theorethically be possible to modify the player code to slide the notes a few octaves down in order to compensate for the higher base frequency; not sure how accurate it would sound, though.
