I was recommended Dreamweaver MX recently and gave it a try. It is excellent, and allows to work with designs as well as tweaking HTML code. I'll use it to work on the example page to setup and align tables (then will clean out or hand recopy the HTML).

I've did nothing for the site since a week - sorry :)
I will try to post something tomorrow.
