Given the 1985 date, and “SC-MARK III” in the margin, this is for the Japanese SMS release of Great Soccer, not the 1984 SG-1000 Champion Soccer; perhaps at the time they were thinking of carrying the Champion branding across.

I wish we could see the other 18 pages!
