Aladdin's musics

I'm not sure where to post this, but I think Aladdin's musics are more natural on the EU version because they have the same rhythm as the MD versions of songs from the movie.

I think you mean it plays too fast at 60Hz? It may have been written for 50Hz machines, even though it was developed in Japan.

Yes, the musics have been recorded in 60hz and I played in 50hz because I hadn't got the BR rom, and in 50hz the rhythm was truer to the film and to the MD musics from the movie. So unless MD musics are too slow compared to the movie musics, MS musics should be recorded in 50hz.

The music's the same speed on GG and NTSC SMS. From what I can tell in Kega Fusion, SMS Aladdin auto-adjusts, so it should run at about the same speed in NTSC and PAL.

I don't know if there's a difference between NTSC and PAL music speed for this game, but I know that the music pack on this website have musics 20% faster than those of the EU/PAL game, and that musics which are similar on EU SMS Aladdin and US MD Aladdin have the same speed, meaning they are slower than the musics from the music pack of this website, which logically come from BR SMS Aladdin.

So presumably the VGM pack was recorded with an emulator in NTSC mode and the game detected a PAL system? Either way, it's worth remaking.
