Here is where we will put out specific requests for help, and maybe split things out into their own threads if anything happens.

While the VGM section is coming along nicely, the Homebrew Music section is in need of some love.

We'd like to add:

- any/all cool VGM format music on the internet (e.g. 8bc)
- any/all cool SMS-related OCRemixes or similar
- anything else that is relevant

The site ought to support linking to external URLs in cases where it is not appropriate for us to host the files here. In the longer term we'd like to list related homebrew music on main game pages.

We have a small number of reviews added to the site but we'd like more. We're not (yet) interested in fan-made reviews, just "professional" magazine reviews. There are a few primary sources for these:

1. Mini-review sections in magazines. Most of the existing reviews come from these, e.g. http://www.smspower.org/Reviews/SonicTheHedgehog-SMS-SegaPro
2. Full reviews in magazines, e.g. http://www.smspower.org/Reviews/SonicTheHedgehog-SMS-SegaForce

In both cases, there's a need to convert either magazines or scans of magazines into real text. OCR software works pretty well for that, but good OCR software is expensive... and free OCR software seems terrible.

A shorter-term solution may be to transcribe only the review summary (typically the last paragraph) and scores. Still, you'd need access to lots of magazines. We have some here: http://www.smspower.org/Scans/Magazines and there are lots more in the Sega Force torrent. Does anyone feel like doing a lot of typing/proofreading?

We'd like to collect Sega 8-bit translations to add to our "SMS Power" brand translations at http://www.smspower.org/Translations . Anyone who is able to source translation patches, along with credits, version info, etc and make some screenshots, is welcome to help build that up.

The Homebrew section is missing many titles, especially on the GG side. If anyone has some titles we are missing, please provide:

- Title
- Download (rom/readme/source)
- Release info (date, author)
- Screenshots

...and we can add them to the site. Many are living in our existing forums - where possible, also give us the forum link.
