What tools, if any, are commonly used to compose music for the YM2413? Are there any tools?

zzo38 wrote a MML-to-VGM converter vgmck that lets you use YM2413 presets for instrument declarations. If your YM2413 composition is for VGM find it on vgmrips :D
Otherwise, ValleyBell might pop in and hopefully give some YM2413 composition advice here :)
