Requesting Shooting Gallery VGM pack.

It said somewhere that it was okay to request, so that's what I'm doing :)
If noone will rip this, I'll probably do it myself, but it'll take a long time as my SMS-programming-skills are still at a low-level paddawan-stage :)

You don't need programming skills! Ripping VGMs is easy, all you need to do is make the game play the music. Getting them up to SMS Power standards is another matter, though :P
Unless there's a tune you want which you can't get without SFX over it. In that case you need to hack the rom, which is sometimes hard (in a best case it might take an hour).

Well, the problem is that it's impossible to play the music without SFX (except the title music (wich is lovely)). And I don't think I'm capable of hacking the rom yet (I will be though, it's only a matter of time:)

Well, rom hacking is definitely a skill. I've written some fairly reasonably-sized SMS programs and it still took me a very long time to hack some games - but I'm picking up hints as I go along. I might even write another guide (like Bock's), who knows.
I'll have a look at Shooting Gallery, and try to write a guide as I do it.

Shooting Gallery music patch

I was going to do a guide but Shooting Gallery is quite difficult to hack :P and in the end I went code-surfing and found the solution by luck:
; Shooting Gallery title screen music hack
[034E26895A59CF7E]
seek,d43
write,90
The written value MUST be more than 80, and <90 are probably all SFX. It's hex, so don't forget to try values like 9a.
