Hello, here is my music competition entry for this year.

It's a cover from a song from Deep Duck Trouble
The song is Ice Cavern (Inlet - Scene 2).

I tried to give it a more prog rock edge.
Hopefully it works.

Every year tibone submits another guitar cover and every year his playing gets better (the first few seemed to attract a lot of complaints...). I have no familiarity with the source material, but it's clearly a decently creative effort beyond whatever it is. The fade out ending is a bit disappointing.

thanks for the comments, it's really appreciated.

I try to improve a bit every year. But being talentless can suck sometimes. :)

About the fade-out ending, i tried to come up with an original ending, but couldn't think of anything, and i thought the song was already repetitive enough, so i decided to cut-it short.
Sometimes it's better to sin by less than by excess.

I finally looked up the original song. I'd say it's a bit bland, but you turned it into something really cool with this cover. I think this is your best work yet (along with Snail Bite of course, which is still the most awesome thing ever!) and my favourite contribution this year.

Thanks for the kind words, Johannes.
I'm glad that someone enjoyed the song.

And yeah, i agree the original is kind of bland, but since it's the most far i ever got in the game, it kind holds a nostalgic value to me. :)
