I bought this a few months ago from a Japanese auction. Seller said it was a promo product but otherwise I have no idea where it comes from or the possible story behind it.

Wow, I cannot believe the shape it is in.

Very cool item ! Did Coca Cola Kid come out on the SG-1000 ? Or possibly some other Coke related game ?

I would have thought its most likely some corporate freebie thing, a gift given to a Coca-Cola employee or some such. Or perhaps there was a competition to win a SG-1000, if you had the lucky ring pull on a can.

I thought the console would be red when I read the title haha XD

I wonder if it's valuable, seeing about how high the price of the Game Gear Coca Cola is which is much more common and is expensive.

Is the only difference the Coca cola logo?

Yes only difference is the logo and there's no Coca Cola related software on the SG-1000.
