Parlour Games Music Speed

The Development page for Parlour Games states that:

Music plays noticeably faster on a PAL/SECAM system than on a NTSC one.

Testing with MEKA, I can't seem to reproduce this. Does it only apply to a particular part of the music?

The music on the title screen, for example, seems to play at the same speed for both PAL/SECAM@50Hz and NTSC@60Hz.

I can hear it here, PAL/SECAM is faster.
Are you sure you fully resetted the game between changes?

My apologies, you are right.

The effect is more subtle than I expected (about a 4% difference in speed). I struggled to hear this directly from MEKA, so I made two recordings of the game and compared those - there the difference was clear.
