Somebody listed a rare Frogger cartridge on eBay about a week ago.

Nobody bid on it all week, then a few hours before ending it went up to £114. Or $171 US dollars.

Apparently it was made for internal use at Sega only, and that's where it had come from.

How do we know that cartridge is genuine? Any Tom, Dick & Harry could get an old copy of Super Kick Off, remove the sticker and put on a hand-written label with Frogger on it. Not to mention the fact that the game was sold as untested.

I look at this when arrive, I wish that it will be ok, the seller have very good evaluation. My Frogger is definitely Frogger, and it has a very similar hand-written label like that of the eBay auction. It appears to be the full game, though I haven't played it for a few years now.
I'm not 100% sure on the details but supposedly the game production was completed but the rights to the game changed hands or were disputed by Sega and Konami and it was then unreleased.

I've receive FROGGER today, I play with it, all is ok.
