[Forums] User accounts deleted

I've deleted a lot of spam-looking user accounts today. If:
- you registered but never logged in
or
- you registered using an email address of the form firstname.lastname####@gmail.com, where #### is a hex number, and your username looks like Firstname_Lastname####
or
- I messed up
then your account has been deleted. Spam registrations are very frequent at the moment, even if we are somehow avoiding the actual spam, so this is an ongoing effort until I sort out the registration captcha.
