sukalah32x has recently posted videos for three Korean SMS games on YouTube.
First is the original Korean version of "The Dinosaur Dooley" called "Agigongnyong Dooly." Note the lack of popular music and some other slight changes. Next is "Suho Cheonsa," a Breakout/Arkanoid-type game. And finally, there is the Daou Infosys beat-em-up "Janggun ui Adeul." This one's probably the most interesting, IMO. |

Very interesting.
For info, the breakout game is the one in 4 Pak All Action, although i recall it is in englishin 4 Pak All Action. I could not dump this cartridge yet. Janggun ui Adeul is a pretty decent, mainly for not being sluggish. From the introduction I first thought it was a Megadrive game.Never more than 2 or 3 characters on screen helps, although it seems to start slowing down with 3. The background are hideous for most :) The original music for The Dinosaur Dooley are much better. |

Janggun looks very competent, if it wasn't for the limited repertoir of moves (kick, punch, jump kick). Naturally, the bad guys are Japanese.
The break-out game looks like it uses ripped sprites. Isn't one a Chocobo, and isn't one from Taito's Chack'n'Pop? |
