I really don't know if there's any Symbian developer around SMSpower boards.Also, I don't know if this emulator can be ported to symbian.
It would be cool to have another SMS emulator for Symbian, once there aren't any updates in the existing ones.

SMS Plus and Picodrive no work on japanese symbian phones. :((((((((
Only Sonicboy, but is bad.
