Today's new release is Gain Ground, an arcade style game released in 1990. The game consist in you controlling several different characters and your goal is to make them pass through fifty levels. To do so, you have to go to the other side of the screen, but it's not as easy at it sounds, and the more you advance in the game, the harder it's becoming and the less character you have in your troop. It support two players simultaneously, and if you can stand games with poor colors, this one is for you! Get it here.

Yesterday someone played Double Target until the end to compare it to Quartet. In fact the games have some (minor) levels differences, check our forum for more information about that. And Lasse also made me realize that Quartet (quart) in arcade supports up to four players, while the SMS port only supports two, and that's probably why the original version of it, released yesterday, was named Double Target.
