First Game Gear release today! The new game is Slider, and you can get it here. The ROM was part of Image's collection and was dumped a while ago then donated to SMS Power (which we should rename, heh). We are know in the process of finding new Game Gear games for the purpose of dumping them, so we made a little list which you can (and should) check here.
