Initial VDP register values?

What are the initial values for the VDP regs on the SMS?
I know I've seen them before, but the information never seems to make it's way into a document in any technical area, and posts to message boards tend to disappear after a while...

Terminator turns on the screen without setting register 2 (nametable), and that caused a SIGSEGV on DarcNES. Better safe...

SMS or GG version of Terminator?
If it is the SMS one, I'll try to run it on a Game Gear with the Master Gear converter - I'm not quite sure the GG has the default values.

SMS version, as downloaded from emucamp.
I don't know if it sets the nametable after the screen is activated, but it definately doesn't do it beforehand.
