Hi,
I am currently running Meka .68 with the Mamewah front end and it is working great. I also am using the Meka Configurator.
I tried to upgrade to Meka .71, but am getting this pesky error window:
---------------------------------------------------
Meka 0.71
(c) Omar Cornut (Bock) and contributors
--
Loading MEKA.MSG (messages)..
Parameter "-verifyroms" is invalid!n--
Syntax: MEKAW [rom] [options] ...
Where [rom] is a valid rom image to load. Available options are:
-HELP -? : Display command line help
-SETUP : Start with the setup screen
-EURO -US : Emulate an European/US system for this session
-JAP -JP -JPN : Emulate a Japanese system for this session
-DEBUG : Enable debugging features
-LOAD <n> : Load savestate <n> on startup
-LOG <file> : Log message to file <file> (appending it)
-NOELEPHANT : Just what it says
----------------------------------------------------
Could anyone give me any help with this? Any help is truly appreciated. Meka is the greatest emulator. Thanks for all the hard work.

Well, it looks like a problem with Mamewah.
MEKA says "Parameter "-verifyroms" is invalid!". There no such parameter as "-verifyroms" supported by Meka. Mamewah must be adding this parameter when calling Meka (I guess it's a parameter known by MAME?). Check if there's any configuration or switch in Mamewah.
I'm surprised it even worked with Meka 0.68. I don't think the code checking command line arguments has changed since then.

Thanks Bock. I'll check with the Mamewah developers and post what I find out.
