What this site lacks is only cometic. Like they say, presentation is everyting.
My suggest is a place where people can download banners of various sizes for webmasters to download to link site. Another idea is a favicon for people's favorites which is saved when bookmark your page. Both of these make your links stand out.

I made a little favicon just now out of the SMS Power logo. Bock: you can delete it if you like. Anyone else: any better ideas? We don't have a "logo" image like many other sites do, and I don't really want to rip another SMS sprite for this, it wouldn't be appropriate.

Edit: you might need to clear your browser's cache for it to show up correctly - in my Firefox, it didn't appear in tabs until I did that. I can't get it to show in IE at all, though...

Here's some of the candidate favicons I've made, all on the same theme. Differing backgrounds shown for transparency reference.

I'd chose #4 out of these. #2 is nice but doesn't show up enough against a white background. Ideally, some SMS-loving artist would design us a cool logo, like most other sites have :)

I like #2 and #3 the most! If the music contest goes well, things like this could also be outsourced through future competitions.

Great Favicon Maxim but yes a cool non sprite logo would be better. The difficult thing is to try and have a clear logo from an 16x16 image. I've been trying for weeks to make one for you but nothing really suited the site.

I'm sure that there are a few great 2D artists out side. Why dont someone make mascot for this site. Then we could use it for the banners and the favicon.
I'll be one of judges. The prize could be immortality like on "The Iron Cheif".
