Sound Blaster (cont.)

My soundcard is an emulator to the Sound Blaster, Sound Blaster 16, and Sound Blaster Pro
called the IBM Wave Sound Blaster utility for my IBM PC. Now, for some reason, under DOS
my sound card will only initialize to 44100 8-bit sound but under Windows it will initialize
below and 44100 through 88200 with 16-bit sound, which really kicks ass. I guess I need to
read my boot-up files and re-arrange things.
