How do I hook up SMS PERIPHERALS to my PC to play ROMS?

How do I hook up SMS peripherals to my PC so that I can play ROMS?
Can I use the light phaser and the 3D goggles somehow?

You can use controller, check the MEKA.CFG file because there is an address in it of the site that describe the operation to make an adapter.

You can't use a real SMS light phaser on a PC by any mean. It would be technically *extremely* hard to do and except I can find any tricks, today's PC are not powerful enough for that.

3D Glasses should be supported by MEKA in some time, stay tuned!

Where do I access MEKA.CFG?
