I've read in MEKA.txt that there is a patching system in Meka.(or did i misinterpreted the text?) I've checked Meka.pat but what does it say?
isn't there any documentation on the net how to patch games?
what are the 'basics' needed to start patching?

Patching merely replaces a few bytes in a badly dumped rom to make it either work correctly in the emulator or turn it into a good dump.

I've got a very detailed tutorial on how to use the MEKA.PAT file to make your own cheats for games? Not sure if it's what you wanted to use it for, but it's there on my site ..
