Alf and Anmitsu Hime bad checksum?

I was going through some of my sms roms and noticed Alf and Anmitsu Hime have bad checsums (according to sms.com) any idea why this might be? Does it matter?

As i go through a few more i notice alot of them have bad checksums, whats goin on?

I have sorted out all mine and like you i have found many with bad checksums but in most cases the game works 100% fine so its not that important
One day maybe after all games are dumped the bad checksums could be re-dumped but it doesn't matter too much
A few of the roms with bad checksums could be a result of being dumped from GG carts
GG Carts do not have checksums stored in them so you cant tell if it is a good dump
Any hacked rom such as Sonic Boy willl have a bad checksum too (obviously)
A few roms are also not recognised by SMS.com eg. Rygar / Solomon No Kagi but I assume these are good dumps
The good news though is almost 99% of roms released here are good clean checksums :)

Master System checksums infos are not always correct.
Alf is surely not a bad dump since I usually dump cartridges several times and binary checks the files to be assured they are good.
As for Anmitsu Hime, well, I didn't dump it myself and I admit the difference being only 819 it *might* be a bad dump. Something that need to be verified..
