Did I do something wrong, or ...

When MEKA 0.30 is set to Japanese mode, and I load a game, the "no cartridge" demo appears instead. I have to reset it for the game to start. Is this a bug? Or does the machine act this way in reality? (I never used a Japanese SMS before).

Also this ColecoVision rom CVTICTAC.ROM causes Meka to die when I try to load it :) Perhaps because it's only 3233 bytes? instead of padded to 8192 or something.. Maybe it's a home-made or corrupt rom or something. Hmmm :)
