How many games do you know where the game features a Master System or Game Gear, either in text or artwork, as the system, games or controllers?

I can think of:

1. Phantasy Star features Gamer Miki-Chan asking

Quote

アタシ　ゲーマーノ　ミキチャンヨ。アナタ　マスターシステム　カッタ。
I'm Gamer Miki-chan! Did you buy a Master System?

2. Spider-Man vs. the Kingpin has a secret Game Gear icon and mini-game, see https://www.smspower.org/Cheats/SpiderManVsTheKingpin-SMS

3. Lemmings shows a Master System controller on the 1 Player icon on the title screen.

4. Cosmic Spacehead has a button prompt at the start if you don't press any buttons.

5. Micro Machines on Game Gear has an excellent game mode where two people can play on one Game Gear, with a picture of it as the menu option.

6. This was repeated in Micro Machines 2.

I'm sure I must be missing more..?

One of the items in Factory Panic is a Game Gear.

One of the billboards in Super Monaco GP features the Game Gear logo (the RGB ovals).

GP Rider shows a controller in the menus.

Laser Ghost on the SMS shows the controller and light phaser on the caution screen.

Sega Chess shows a pic of the SMS controller on the menu.

Game de Check! Koutsu Anzen shows a SMS controller.
In the scanned manual we can noticed they used a Mark III controller during development.

Does Olympic Gold count?

I think not, that art is not representing the controller - and it’s probably identical on the GG version.
