I think you would be able to go to WebJump for your roms!, I know of 3 Rom Sites on it and the people who have the sites say "Webjump don't give a stuff about roms"
So you could end up going there

alexkiddroms.webjump.com
pokemonroms.webjump.com
or pokemon-roms.webjump.com (Donm't know which)

Though, they only allow 25 megs and have a gay banner thing
that NEVER stops loading ^_^..

They do, like every single hoster. Their goal is to earn money. A site with a lot of visits and download make them loose money. Big bandwidth usage make a site noticable.
See the average counter values in the sites you mentionned ? It's done in one day with SMS Power.
