The game isn't finished yet. There's a demo cart potentially for sale only in Japan, and I doubt it will be very good (like an alpha or beta build of the game). It says:

"Prior to the main story, the 3-minute "Challenge Ver." will be released on August 11th! Pre-order sales start!

This product is a challenge version that pursues exhilaration and competing for points. It will be released on August 11th, 2023.

How many tens of thousands of points can you earn in 3 minutes?

Looks like they are using it for a test audience or like a mini caravan. But tbh, 7,800 yen for an unfinished 3-minutes of gameplay is steep, and I don't mind missing out lol.
