Looks like a custom made cover. Maybe it's a repro that, somehow has found its way to a shop?

Yeah, I remember someone or some people posting several of these multicart ROMs using the Master Games mapper format. (all three game collections made of a match consisting of two 1-megabit games and one 2-megabit game)

I made this for myself some years back but decided to rid my collection of anything 'Fake' by selling it on eBay as a custom mod. It looks like the guy who bought it sold up to a dealer who is unaware. I hope no-one gets caught out as that wasn't my intention.
