	Please verify C54, I have a few boards here and they're all a 10uf 16v, then i have one made in Japan (same revision, IC BD M4Jr. PAL, just grey top JP manufactured) and it has some minuscule rated ceramic cap. Not the first time I've seen different values of resistors and now Caps thrown in that differ from other boards.
