Who did the artwork for SMS manuals?
Post Posted: Thu Oct 27, 2022 8:44 am
Is anything known about who did the artwork found in the manuals of Master System games? For example did the late Rieko Kodama draw the pictures of Alex and his family in the Miracle World booklet herself or were game art and the rest strictly divided at Sega?

In extension, were any known artists responsible for any of the Mark III box art images?

And where did the clip arts on the western covers come from? Were they conceived in Japan or invented by some western distributor? (It’s probably too much to ask for the creators of those. I doubt anyone would want to admit having done any of those, lol.)
