A question about 3D games.

The Meka emulator can transform the 3D games into 2D simply showing one of the screens instead of the two simultaneously, could this be implemented in the codes of the games? This is to be able to play on flashcards or other emulators that do not have this feature.

Yes, there are patches around to enable this.

Okay, I didn't know this, so I searched the forum and found this result:
-Blade Eagle 3D - Patch. -Line of Fire - It's already in 2D mode, turn on the console/emulator with the two buttons pressed to switch to 3D. -Maze Hunter 3D - Hex edit (63E=00) and patch for Japanese version. -Missile Defense 3D - Patch. -OutRun 3D - 2D mode selection on title screen (press pause). -Poseidon Wars 3D - Press button 1 on controller 2 at any time to the 2D mode. To go back to 3D just press button 1 again on controller 2. -Space Harrier 3D - Patch for the Japanese version and cheat in-game. -Zaxxon 3D - Patch and 2D mode selection on title screen (press pause). Thank you for the information. |
