We don't really track arcade stuff, but this one appears to be using a SMS board:

This is really interesting. It's definitely a Japanese SMS 1 mainboard but it's not fully populated and a new 837-part number has been stuck over the original silk-screened part number on the board. The board would have been manufactured by the factory like this most likely because there's no reason someone externally to remove components from the board. Oddly one of the other boards is dated 1984 while the other board is dated 1988. I would have thought this was a mish-mash of board but the EPROM numbers are sequential? | |

All three .bin files in the ROMs zip seem like Z80, use RAM in the $f000 range and seems to get stuck waiting on some external trigger. Not seeing the board "connected", it's possible it requires something not in the photos.
Edit: the ROM images don't seem to correspond to the photos, or at least don't include the SMS one. There are a few variants of the "main board" ROM image, plus sound ROMs, but no fourth ROM for the SMS. |
