Wolfchild password effect

Hi, Today I bought Wolfchild for our favourite consoles and I realized that after using the password "Mario" I got infinite health. Enemies, spikes or fire can't damage you.
Then I guess there is a mistake in the cheats section, when says:
Secret message and stage select
Use the password MARIO.
because you get infinite health + stage select.
