Interested to compile a list of games that originally came with a map in the box. I believe the US version of Miracle Warriors did so it makes sense the PAL version must have done. I think maybe Ultima 4 did as well.

Does anyone else know of other either PAL or variant SMS games that came packed with a map?

Interested to get peoples thoughts plus my memories this days is getting terrible, haha.

It's part of the manual, but Lord of the Sword has a very basic world map that does help with gameplay. Curiously, the in game map is basically useless because nothing is labeled.

Ultima IV Pal came with a manual, a map, a book with the spells and another book.

Thanks buddy, I think I saw a copy of Ultima4 on eBay once with a book, never knew it had a map. I bet the CIB version goes for a lot. I really like the box art for Ultima 4 as well so definately on the radar.

Do you know what the other booklet was for?

I lended the game to a school mate and after that the book was missing.

As far as i remember was the book about the history of Britannia and the Ultima series.

Actually I think on the eBay auction I saw the book said Britannia in big letters.

Never played the game but as I mentioned, I love the look of the cover art. I think I'll have to get myself a copy, but they ain't cheap looking this morning earlier.

eBay has gone bananas with prices the last few years.
